Bonnie Panlasigui, FACHE

Bonnie Panlasigui, FACHE brings over 10 years of hospital senior leadership experience serving as a C-suite executive spanning broad hospital operations in for-profit and not-for-profit health systems. Bonnie is a consultant in Witt/Kieffer’s Healthcare practice and is based in the firm’s Emeryville office. She specializes in C-suite and other high-level executive search assignments for leading healthcare organizations.

As a young executive, Bonnie was fast tracked early in her career through the support of leadership development programs and strong mentors. Her well-networked background and focused approach to high outcomes helped her achieve success in transformational culture improvement while balancing quality, service, satisfaction and profitability. Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Bonnie held the role of Chief Administrative Officer with Alameda Hospital in California, where she successfully led the financial turnaround of the hospital, improved patient and employee engagement and created an environment of high physician engagement with involvement in the strategic planning process. Prior to this, Bonnie was the Chief Operating Officer for Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she was responsible for approximately 300 full-time employees in clinical ancillary and support services departments. She began her career as an Associate Administrator in the Far West and TriStar divisions of the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) as part of the COO Executive Development Program.

Bonnie is a noted author and frequent speaker on the topics of diversity and mentoring and is a passionate advocate for women and minorities in executive roles. She is board certified as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the California Association of Healthcare Leaders. Bonnie serves as a member of the Editorial Board for Frontiers of Health Services Management, an ACHE publication. In 2005, she was a founding board member of the Asian Health Care Leaders Forum, an affinity group still active today connecting leaders of diverse backgrounds. Additionally, Bonnie was recently named an “up and comer” by Modern Healthcare, as one of ten leaders selected each year across the country. She is fluent in speaking and reading Korean.
