Atlanta, GA – Children’s Hospital of Atlanta (Children’s) and Emory University School of Medicine; seek an accomplished and collaborative pediatric neurologist with a strong clinical and academic foundation to serve as Chief of Neurosciences for Children’s and the Division Director of Pediatric Neurology for Emory University School of Medicine (Chief).

The Chief will serve as the lead physician executive of Neurosciences for the Children’s system and will direct the program through strategic leadership and oversight of clinical operations.  This leader will be responsible for integrating neurological services across the enterprise to ensure a high standard of patient care and support the growth of system wide initiatives.
As the leader of the Division of Pediatric Neurology of the Emory School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, he/she will be responsible for operational leadership to expand clinical programs while enhancing access to clinical care.  The Chief will be expected to augment the quality of existing clinical services, faculty recruitment and development, teaching, research, and leadership of the division.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding clinical and respected academic leader with demonstrated ability to articulate a vision, effectively inspire, lead others and mentor faculty.  He/she will be a physician with a medical degree from an accredited school and board certification in Pediatric Neurology with a track record of achievement in a high performing pediatric neurology division.
