Dallas, Texas - Witt/Kieffer is proud to represent Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) in the search for the Chief of Oncology, North Texas Division and Director, Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center (Chief).  As the largest healthcare provider in the state of Texas, BSWH is seeking a transformational, visionary, and collaborative physician leader with a strong clinical and academic foundation in oncologic medicine.  As the leader in the delivery of cancer care, the Chief will set a vision for oncology through the advancement of research, clinical programs and education.  He/she will guide the transformation of care delivery in cancer and enhance the integration of care on behalf of patients in the North Texas Division (NTX).

The Chief will provide direction and leadership in the attainment of the Cancer Center of Excellence mission and strategic objectives to support the cancer service line growth in the NTX by the pursuit of opportunities for expansion of the system’s comprehensive cancer services.  Key to the Chief’s success will be the ability to develop strong relationships, work well with multiple partners across collaborative services in oncology and related services along with referral sources and leadership of BSWH in order to deliver outstanding cancer care. 

The successful candidate will be an outstanding physician leader with a demonstrated ability to set a vision, effectively inspire, manage, mentor and develop a preeminent cancer service line.  An individual who has a passion to improve processes and systems that lead to the delivery of high quality care.  A leader who will demonstrate the collaborative ability to work well with multiple partners and stakeholders.
